Community Immunity: catching up on vaccines

Many families have found it hard to get routine medical care during the covid-19 outbreak. We are happy to help families get caught up with immunizations without needing to establish care.

Please schedule online and text us to let us know you’d like just vaccines.

We’ll look in the state registry to see what your kiddo needs. If your regular provider doesn’t contribute data to the registry, we’ll need copies of their immunization history before the appointment.

Coverage: we are in network in most insurance companies and most Medicaid plans. If we are not in network, we charge a $20 administration fee for vaccines. However, nobody will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Please note, this visit is with a medical assistant only; a physician will review the immunization history and orders.
