Thank you!
We’re so pleased that you docked at our Intergalactic waystation — we are a primary care pediatric practice, offering routine well baby/child visits, infant feeding specialty care, autism evaluations, and soon will be expanding to include ADHD prescribing. And we love vaccines!
Vaccine information sheets
Pfizer 10 mcg (5y through 11y, orange cap) (and some 4s)
V-SAFE
Sign up with V-Safe to be texted with questions about your child’s experience with the covid-19 vaccine. This helps the CDC understand how frequently things like fever or soreness happen.
Completing the Series
Moderna
The Moderna series is 2 doses. The second dose can be given 4-8 weeks after the first. A longer interval may provide better antibody response, but obviously takes longer to get there. You should decide based on your child’s individual and family risk. For example, if they need to go to daycare as soon as possible, you might pick 4 weeks. If you’re working towards coverage for the school year starting in the fall, you might pick 8 weeks.
Pfizer
The Pfizer series is 3 doses.
Dose 2 is 3 weeks after the first.
Dose 3 is 2 months after the second.
You can schedule subsequent doses through the same online scheduling module — just select second or third dose. Our schedule may not be open that far in the future though, so keep checking back periodically. We also encourage you to encourage your pediatrician (if you’re not a patient here) to get their own vaccination programs running!
