Fall 2023 Seasonal Vaccine Offerings (updated 10/3/23)
COVID UPDATE 10/2/23: we got vaccines!!! You can schedule 6m-11y Moderna here and 12y-19y Moderna here.
NOVAVAX UPDATE 10/3/23: Novavax was approved for people 12+ by the FDA 10/3/23. We prebooked 40 doses, which should ship soon. We will not open scheduling until we have shipping information.
FLU UPDATE 9/22/23: we have more adult flu vaccine, in addition to flu shots and flu nasal for kids!

Logistics:
Vaccines will be given during regular business hours, likely outside in our back parking lot. We do have extended hours on many days.
If you want both covid and flu vaccine, please schedule the covid vaccine and write “flu also, please!” in the Reason for Visit field.
Your kiddo can get a vaccine at a regular appointment, if already scheduled. If you are bringing a sibling to another siblings appointment for a flu vaccine, please schedule them separately! You don’t have to get an appointment at exactly the same time, just the same day.
All family members MUST have a separate appointments scheduled. Please do not schedule one person and make a note that 3 other family members are coming... they all need to be individually scheduled. You also need to check in for each appointment when you get the check in text, including uploading insurance info.
We will bill your insurance if we are in network and your plan is in state. If we are out of network, you can pay at time of service and submit your superbill for reimbursement. If you are a new patient with an out of state plan, you can pay at time of service and submit your superbill for reimbursement.
You do not need to be our primary care patient in order to receive vaccines here!

Archived vaccine updates:
COVID UPDATE 9/27/23: though we were able to order Moderna 6m-11y on 9/21/23, we have received no reliable timelines on shipping. We have temporarily paused scheduling covid vaccines for kids under 12 until we have more information on when we’ll actually receive them. We did receive several doses of 12+ Moderna and can vaccinate 12+ year olds with that - please text us to schedule.
COVID UPDATE 9/22/23: we were able to order Moderna 6m-11y! We don’t yet have any shipping timeline. We have opened scheduling, but please don’t schedule before 9/28/23. If we don’t receive the vaccines before then, we will reach out to cancel/reschedule appointments. We also ordered Moderna 12+ but don’t have shipping info yet. We have also ordered Novavax for adults which should ship as soon as the FDA approves it.
COVID UPDATE 9/21/23: we expect (with moderate-high confidence) to be able to order Moderna 6m-11y on Monday 9/25/23. We will not open scheduling until we have shipping/tracking information to avoid the disappointment of cancellations! ANOTHER UPDATE: we were able to order today! stay tuned!
FLU UPDATE 9/19/23: Flumist is in stock! Kids only. Shots continue to be available for kids as well.
COVID UPDATE 9/19/23: We were told Moderna 6m-11y would be available to order “within the next week, but could be longer.” We will open up scheduling when we have actual concrete information.
UPDATE 9/18/23: there is no update. Moderna 6m-11y is not available to order nationwide. We have no info available. We did order Moderna 12+ but have no ETA on shipment. Flumist shipped, should be able to schedule for 9/20 and beyond!
UPDATE 9/15/23: we were able to order some Moderna for 12y+ but ordering is not yet available for Moderna 6mo-11y. No info available on when we’ll be able to order, or when anything will ship.
UPDATE 9/14/23: we’re expecting to be able to order KIDS updated covid vaccines on 9/15/23. We won’t have ETA until after then.
Side note: kids with Molina can get a $100 gift card to Walmart or CVS when they get their flu shot!
