BEFORE BOOKING:

If you are not an established patient with us, please reach out to your own pediatrician. They need to hear from their families that you want these vaccines.

  • Virginia Mason, UW and North Seattle Pediatrics are doing Pfizer clinics (these clinics need to hear from you about carrying Moderna vaccine)

  • Ballard Pediatrics is doing drive thru Saturday Moderna-only clinics

  • Allegro Pediatrics is doing a Saturday drive thru and clinics on Wednesdays

  • Kaiser is scheduling new patients, Moderna and Pfizer

SCHEDULING INFO:

  • Choose Moderna or Pfizer. If you have questions about which vaccine to get, please ask your doctor.

  • All appointments are at our office in Lake City. Outdoor/car vaccinations are available, just let us know.

  • Second doses will not automatically be booked, because the timing is so variable. Instructions for booking the second dose will be available after getting the first dose.

  • If appointments are available, they will be available under the Area: Immunizations. If it does not appear, then no appointments are available.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

  • we will happily immunize any eligible child, regardless of whether they are an established patient here, but the workload associated with vaccinating EVERY eligible child in Seattle has become overwhelming, so we are encouraging you to seek out vaccination from your own pediatrician

  • if your child has recently recovered from covid-19 infection, they can get the vaccine as soon as they’re recovered, but there is evidence that suggests waiting 2-3 months can yield a better immune response.
